Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Responsibilities: Establish overall direction and strategy for the development of new products and services for DNA sequencing related bioinformatics. Manage and lead software development and genomics service projects to ensure high-quality results and findings are delivered to customers. Work closely with the product research and development teams to incorporate the latest industry and scientific trends and developments into services and products of the company. Requirements: PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, IT or related field with at least 5 years' working experience in the bioinformatics software industry. Previous experience of leading and managing computational biology product development teams. Excellent grasp of commonly used software programming languages and methods for the development of software and associated algorithms. Experience in DNA sequencing-based informatics is essential.

Software Development Project Manager Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. 6 - 8 years working experience. In-depth knowledge of software design and implementation and web development experience using Java, J2EE in web based application environment. Good user interface design abilities. Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Bioinformatics Systems Engineer Requirements: BSc in Computer Science / Information Technology or related discipline. Minimum 4 years experience, with at least 3 years of related experience in an enterprise systems engineering / administration role. Strong knowledge in various TCP/IP networking (LAN/WAN) and storage (NAS,SAN) technologies. Experienced in Windows (Server 2000, 2003) and Linux (Red Hat) server administration, essential. Familiar with web technologies (DNS, SSL, FTP, etc.) and security services (firewall, IDS, etc.) Well-versed in backup and recovery techniques. Programming / scripting ability (UNIX shell scripts, C, Java). Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Possess good hardware and software troubleshooting and resolution skills. Good verbal and written command of English. Able to work independently.

Analyst / Programmer Requirements: BSc in Computer Science / Information Science or the equivalent. Deep understanding of object-oriented programming. Strong skills and experience including working knowledge of core libraries, security, JSP, Servlets and J2EE. Familiar with software development life cycle, possess skills in application design, preparing program specifications, coding, documentation and testing.
